- Guests unlock their room via the Guest Portal — no physical key needed
- Support for major smart lock providers (Assa Abloy, Dormakaba, TTLock)
- Automatic key assignment on check-in, revocation on checkout
Access Codes
- Generate unique PIN codes for each guest
- Share codes via WhatsApp through LucyAI
- Time-limited codes that expire at checkout
Apple & Google Wallet
- Room keys added to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
- NFC tap-to-unlock at supported doors
Current Alternative
Today, properties can share manual access codes via LucyAI WhatsApp messages. LucyAI sends check-in instructions including any codes or entry information configured in your property's knowledge base.
