Links, QR codes and the branded page
Every partner gets a referral code — a short name like CASAMALCA. Everything below is built from it. Find it on the partner's Links & QR tab (Network → Sending you guests → open the partner).
The link
Share the partner's link with them. When a guest opens it:
- The partner is remembered on that guest's device for 30 days.
- If the guest books with you within that time, the booking is credited to the partner and a commission appears on their Commissions tab.
The guest doesn't need to book straight away, and doesn't need the link again.
A partner's link only counts on your shop. It can't be used to earn on another rental company's bookings.
The QR code
The QR code opens the same link. Print it for:
- the hotel's front desk or concierge stand
- table tents in the lobby, bar or restaurant
- a card in each room
For something ready to hand over, click Storefront beside the partner in the list and open the marketing kit — a printable page with the QR code, the link and your details.
Concierges' own codes
Add the individual people at a hotel on the partner's Staff tab. Each gets their own sub-code — CASAMALCA-MARIA — and their own link and QR.
Bookings through a sub-code are still credited to the hotel. The difference is that you (and the hotel) can see which person is actually sending you guests, which is usually the most useful thing to know when a hotel starts or stops sending business.
The branded page
Partners can also have a branded page — your rentals, shown with the hotel's name and colours, so guests feel they're booking through the hotel. You choose per partner whether your own branding shows alongside theirs or is hidden.
The branded page only works for your listing. A partner can't wrap another shop's rentals in their branding.
The partner's portal
Each partner has a private portal link where they can see the bookings they've sent and what they've earned, without needing an account. If a portal link has been shared somewhere it shouldn't be, use Regenerate token on the Links & QR tab — the old link stops working immediately.
Pausing a partner
Set a partner to Paused to stop new bookings being credited to them without losing their history. Bookings already credited keep their commissions.
