Partners: hotels that send you guests
Your partners are the hotels, concierge desks, hostels and tour agencies that send guests to your shop. Each one gets its own link and QR code, and every booking that arrives through it is credited to them.
You'll find them in Rental Manager → Network → Sending you guests.
Partners are yours. Another rental company cannot see the hotels you have signed, and you cannot see theirs. A partner only earns on bookings for your shop — if a guest arrives through a hotel another company signed, that booking has nothing to do with you.

A partner's terms are what they earn and what they may charge your guests, so they sit with the people who set your prices rather than with the counter.

How a partner earns
You choose this per partner:
- Commission — the guest pays your normal price, and the partner earns a percentage or a flat amount per booking.
- Markup — the partner adds their own margin on top of your rate. The guest pays more, and the difference is the partner's.
- Set retail — the hotel chooses the price the guest sees, inside a floor and ceiling you set, so it can never go below your cost.
Settling up
- A booking arrives through a partner's link and a commission appears as Pending.
- You Approve it once you're happy the booking is real — or Void it if it was cancelled or doesn't count.
- When you pay the partner, click Record payout, choose the approved commissions it covers, and note how you paid (cash, transfer…).
Recording a payout doesn't move any money — it records a payment you made. It's booked against your shop, so it shows on your own reports.
Occasionally a commission is held for review — for example if a partner appears to be referring themselves. Approve will tell you so; HiLucy reviews it and releases it.

Most owners open Partners once a week to:
- Check which hotels actually sent guests
- Approve the week's commissions
- Add the new concierge who just started at a hotel that sends you business
- Print a statement for a partner who asks what they're owed
